Peter Fredrick Mangowi is the Chief Executive Officer of P & D Barrier Breaker Tanzania Limited, providing strategic leadership and overall management of the company since 2024. He brings over 20 years of experience in debt collection and recovery, banking operations, corporate management and legal recovery services. Before joining P&D, he served as Head of Collection at Global Recoveries Limited (2017-2023), General Manager at Amicus Attorneys, and Managing Director at Destiny Company Limited, having started his career as a debt collection officer at Stanbic Bank Tanzania. He is also a licensed Court Broker and Legal Recovery Consultant, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy alongside a Procurement and Supply Management qualification.
Dorice Eliamlisi Meena serves as Director of Administration and Finance, overseeing the company's administration, financial management, budgeting and resource allocation. She brings over 10 years of experience in accounting, procurement and supply chain management, having built her career at Kiure Constructions as Accountant & Procurement Officer before advancing to lead its administration and finance function. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management and is skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and team leadership.
